Treatment for Sciatica

Remedial Massage is the best treatment for sciatica. By releasing the spasms in the muscles surrounding the sciatic nerve, the pressure which is pinching (impinging) on the nerve will be removed. Restoring balance to the system.

Exercising a system which is out of balance will exacerbate the problem. Crunching the joints around will cause ligament damage, which takes three months to set.

2 of my treatments are usually enough for significant relief. If the problem has existed for several months or years, a few more treatments might be necessary.
